Reporting to the VP Finance Hospital Operations, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and coordination of objectives/goals of the organizations' operational analyses, cost accounting, annual operating and capital budgets, productivity systems, decision support systems and reimbursement functions.

Requirements:
Qualified candidate must have 5 years experience in a hospital accounting/financial area or BIG 4 accounting/consulting firm with heavy involvement in DSS/Financial analysis/Financial Planning, and 5 years of supervisory experience. Previous experience managing 5+ professionals in a similar functional area, and 5 years experience with Decision Support Systems, contract Modeling, Return on Investment Analysis, and General Accounting is desired. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA/MHA from Top Tier School is preferred. Experience with a Multi-Entity Long Range Financial Plan is a plus.
